Bucky was quiet, listening to the man and trying to deduce if he was being honest or not. If he was, then perhaps they had something in common. "Did you have to meet them on your first day," he asked. A little warning would have been nice for him. "He did. I... I would have deserved it." Not that he had any strong desire to elaborate on why. "He'll survive." He was, after all, strong and he had the iron gauntlet with him.
Bucky could still see it, aimed at him and ready to fire.
As the two men made their way to the american home room, Bucky thought about everything. Steve. Tony. He could have done so much worse to Tony, but he had not wanted to. He didn't want to be that person anymore.
