Bucky moved further into the gym. He smiled as he moved over to the side and took off his baseball cap and set down the towel he'd brought with him. His head moved left and right, before he stretched out his arms and shoulders. Gently hopping back and forth on his feet, he warmed up and then came over to stand beside the punching bag.
Once she had a firm grab on it, Bucky threw a punch. Even with him pulling his punches, it was still a pretty hard blow. He made sure to punch with his human arm, not the metal one. He really didn't want to hurt her.
