When she'd seen what Hurley and Xavin were getting up to, Caroline had added hot cider (both with and without rum) to the coffee bar in the lobby, then set up her karaoke laptop with a nice holiday playlist. If someone wanted to jump in and sing along they could, or the background music would just play.
