"OH. Huh." Bucky's eyes widened. He wouldn't have guessed that from watching Loki do his magic in that moment. Seeing the blue skin, the way that he's moving, Bucky just assumed that Loki was cognizant of what he was doing. Like he had control over it. His head nodded slowly as his eyes found Loki's. "I wasn't really sure what to do with the arm either. I... Nobody really trained me on it. They gave me the arm, programmed me to do their bidding. It wasn't till I was on my own, with real freedom, that I started to understand the difference it made."
Bucky shook his head. "Fine. You're working out your magic. You're still too serious." Bucky smiled a bit more warmly at Loki. "Friends make sure that friends know how to relax too." Yes, he had implied that they were friends. Suddenly, his arm raised and the snowball was tossed at Loki, hitting right in the shoulder. He didn't aim for the face. Not yet.
