Alex was feeling Ginny's loss keenly and it wasn't until he realized the date that he understood why. They were never big on doing things for Valentine's Day but thoughts of love always lingered back to her no matter the date. Like when he first arrive, Alex thought hitting something would be a good idea so he headed toward the gym. He wasn't surprised to see that Buffy was already there.
