Thoughts of Wyatt serviced, made Kitty wonder briefly what was wrong with her that she could be so attracted to him and think about him as often as she did and still feel like this with Lara. The thoughts surfaced and subsided, taking the wonder with it, and leaving only Lara behind.

She paused to appreciate her, stroked the curve of her cheek, smiled and went back for more--first a soft exchange of breath, enjoying being right here, this close, to someone she cared about as much as Lara. But then sharing breath became too much of a tease, and she kissed her again, heatedly.
