Percy stumbled and caught himself against a wall, too distracted to coordinate his lanky frame. "Though I've considered a system of pipes and levers to draw water but the construction would be tricky and then heating would be a challenge. I suppose an enchanted stone could provide heat on command. It hasn't been a priority."
