"They aren't delusions," Peter insists, though there's no reason why he should have to explain himself to Rocket, who has already admitted to being on his side already.
And because Rocket seems to be in the "in" with regards to his no-longer-so-secret identity, he skips over the I'm Spider-Man pleasantries and dives headfirst into providing his new neighbor with the intimate details of his personal life.
"Everyone is always treating me like I don't know anything about what I do," Peter says. "I've been doing the Spider-Man thing for years now. But whenever anyone looks at me, they don't see Spider-Man. They just see some kid."
