I know, I know, bad Nigerian and/or world citizen for not calling it football.

There are enough Americans here, you'd only confuse things if you called it football.

By either name, it was never really my thing, though. I hope you can find enough people interested for a game?

A friend in Scotland used to try to talk me into joining her pick-up Quidditch games with the flyers sometimes. I feel like soccer/football is probably easier. And safer.

What else would Scottish flying people play, Quodpot? It is my understanding that Quodpot is an inferior sport.

But you're not wrong. Living in a castle in Scotland, of course flying people would play Quidditch.

That was most people's reaction when she first brought it up.

But Mariko was the cute and chipper type who could get people excited about things. Kind of like Corbie, maybe, except a Japanese, lesbian, and mutant.

Team sport. People working together to get a ball past other team's defense and into a goal.
