It was an automatic response to say no but Molly stopped herself before saying it. She had people here that she could talk to about Harry and would get it, Butters and Carlos definitely. Regina would, too but in a different way. Kash wouldn't understand at all but it was a window into Molly's life and the bond that she had with Harry.
