Restless (OTA)
Bo was feeling restless. Or rather, it seemed more than that, but that was the best way to describe it. It wasn't like Sam wasn't fulfilling her needs or that her other partners weren't either. It wasn't that at all, it just seemed as if something inside of her wanted more. Like when you just seemed to always be hungry no matter how much you have already eaten.
She was at the gym, trying to burn off the endless steam she had - Sam, poor thing, was tapped out and resting. Bo had a sword in her hand and was going through some basic moves, trying to get faster and more familiar with the weapon. If she was going to be honest, she knew how to use a lot of weapons, but she wasn't an 'expert' in any of them. She wanted that to change.
She also wanted to stop thinking about tearing off people's clothes as they walked through the door and kissing their bodies all over.

Bo & Rocket
So instead of a closer evaluation of the equipment, he just climbed on one and evaluated the sword-chick. She was no Gamora with the pokey-thing (sword, whatever) but she wasn't bad. Probably wouldn't die in a real fight unless she was fighting people with guns. Pretty much only Gamora could get away with bringing a sword to a gun fight, and she mostly didn't try. "I never really got the point'a those things. Seems like you hafta trust that whoever you're tryin'ta kill hasn't brought a real weapon."
Re: Bo & Rocket
Bo had been aware of the person coming in and thankfully she had seen Rocket around otherwise she might have gawked. She knew Kenzie would still have. Thankfully Rocket was not exactly the weirdest thing she'd ever seen - Fae world would do that to you. She turned, lowering her sword to rest her arm for a moment. "You'd be surprised how many old things like keeping to traditions when you fight them." She paused, then made a slight face. "or worse, how many things need a specific sword or scimitar or a damn tree of whatever to kill them in the first place."

Re: Bo & Rocket
"The Fae in my world haven't really caught up to the 21st century. It'd be a lot easier for me, believe me." Bo smiled. "Sometimes the answer is so convoluted I just want to roll my eyes and yell 'who thinks of this crap?' " And then Trick explained some long history that maybe, sort of, made sense and she'd sigh and use 'insert weird thing' as the weapon to kill the whatever.

Re: Bo & Rocket
Bo actually laughed a little. "Could you at least spare me and my friends? We're not that hard to miss. We're the black sheeps." Maybe Dyson towed the line a little more than others. "One's here too. Dyson? You may have noticed a stoicly silent guy who hunts a lot."

Re: Bo & Rocket
"You fight a lot, then?" His size didn't mean anything to her - Trick was about the same height. Being a raccoon, well, she was sure raccoons could fight pretty well too. "Want to help my primitive ass get better?" Bo winked and despite herself, the wink was a bit provocative.
Re: Bo & Rocket
Maybe she'd had some weird shit in her eye. "I'm less than half your size an' probably like a quarter your weight. I go up against someone like you, I don't fight. I just fuckin' kill." Engaging in 'fair' with most beings was... not actually fair. "But if you want a movin' target I bet I can keep outta the way." It wasn't climbing, but it could be decent exercise.
Re: Bo & Rocket
Bo had been thinking he looked fast and had been her intention when she offered. But now Bo had an idea. "Have you ever heard of flag football?" It was a thing at her school growing up. Bo hadn't really been into gym, but she remembered it.
She looked around and ended up over where the clean towels were. She picked up two hand towels. "You tie one someone on you and I'll tie one on my waist. First one to tug the towel off, wins?"
