Restless (OTA)
Bo was feeling restless. Or rather, it seemed more than that, but that was the best way to describe it. It wasn't like Sam wasn't fulfilling her needs or that her other partners weren't either. It wasn't that at all, it just seemed as if something inside of her wanted more. Like when you just seemed to always be hungry no matter how much you have already eaten.
She was at the gym, trying to burn off the endless steam she had - Sam, poor thing, was tapped out and resting. Bo had a sword in her hand and was going through some basic moves, trying to get faster and more familiar with the weapon. If she was going to be honest, she knew how to use a lot of weapons, but she wasn't an 'expert' in any of them. She wanted that to change.
She also wanted to stop thinking about tearing off people's clothes as they walked through the door and kissing their bodies all over.

He paused at the entrance to the door, watching the sword work that the person in there was using with a critical eye. He could use a sword relatively well, but magic, and his Desert Eagle were his normal weapons of war. He could admire the way she was training.

Bo felt him enter and after she finished a round of movements, she turned to look at him. Buffy's boyfriend. Even with that knowledge, she couldn't help her eyes trail up his body. The girl had good taste.
"Looking for a partner?"

He paused for a moment. "Carlos Ramirez."

"Bo Dennis. Friends with your girlfriend." She winked, a bit more provocatively than she perhaps meant to. Bo walked over to where another training sword was and picked it up. Lesson one - could Carlos catch a sword? She tossed it lightly toward him with no spin.

Bo's expression continued to be playful. "Used to lighter or heavier?"

Bo & Kitty
So when she hit the gym and found Bo practicing with a sword, she stripped down to her workout gear without a blink. "Got a spare?" Maybe she'd ask Zahra to make her a katana, or some tsai.
Re: Bo & Kitty
"I have a second one." She moved over to the bag and produced an almost identical one. "You looking to kick my ass?" She grinned playfully.
Re: Bo & Kitty
It wasn't likely, considering Kitty'd been training against the world's best since she was thirteen, but Bo was no slouch and it was worth doing either way.
Re: Bo & Kitty
"Dyson would say I need to be reminded once in a while. Besides, a little pain can be fun." And while she had meant that as a joke, it came off a lot more sexual than it was meant to. Still, she winked and handed Kitty the sword.
Re: Bo & Kitty
Or be too interested in whatever sex-adrenaline high Bo was on and then Regina would take care of it.
Re: Bo & Kitty
Bo let the sword swing one like a baseball batter walking up to the mound and then starts to slowly circle to the left. "I'll let him know." Bo bit back a comment about asking to watch, but she kind of did.
"Are you feeling better lately?" Bo advanced, swinging this time toward Kitty.

Bo & Rocket
So instead of a closer evaluation of the equipment, he just climbed on one and evaluated the sword-chick. She was no Gamora with the pokey-thing (sword, whatever) but she wasn't bad. Probably wouldn't die in a real fight unless she was fighting people with guns. Pretty much only Gamora could get away with bringing a sword to a gun fight, and she mostly didn't try. "I never really got the point'a those things. Seems like you hafta trust that whoever you're tryin'ta kill hasn't brought a real weapon."
Re: Bo & Rocket
Bo had been aware of the person coming in and thankfully she had seen Rocket around otherwise she might have gawked. She knew Kenzie would still have. Thankfully Rocket was not exactly the weirdest thing she'd ever seen - Fae world would do that to you. She turned, lowering her sword to rest her arm for a moment. "You'd be surprised how many old things like keeping to traditions when you fight them." She paused, then made a slight face. "or worse, how many things need a specific sword or scimitar or a damn tree of whatever to kill them in the first place."
Re: Bo & Rocket
Re: Bo & Rocket
"The Fae in my world haven't really caught up to the 21st century. It'd be a lot easier for me, believe me." Bo smiled. "Sometimes the answer is so convoluted I just want to roll my eyes and yell 'who thinks of this crap?' " And then Trick explained some long history that maybe, sort of, made sense and she'd sigh and use 'insert weird thing' as the weapon to kill the whatever.

Re: Bo & Rocket
Bo actually laughed a little. "Could you at least spare me and my friends? We're not that hard to miss. We're the black sheeps." Maybe Dyson towed the line a little more than others. "One's here too. Dyson? You may have noticed a stoicly silent guy who hunts a lot."

She almost made a sex joke, but caught herself in time. "Is that secretly vodka you got there?"

"Pretending?" Bo smiled, but feign a hurt expression.

"Sometimes fighting is better than training." Sex was way better than both, but she told herself she needed to cut herself off of that.. at least for a few hours.
