Alec sat at the bar with a bottle of Jack Daniels almost empty in front of him, though he was using a glass like a regular person. Still, despite his almost completion of an entire bottle, he looked like a man just starting on his journey of getting drunk - stupid genes.

He was trying not to dwell or let his mind wander, but he was doing a terrible job at that. Stark being here seemed to dredge up a lot of things Alec would most definitely prefer to keep bottled away - at least he hadn't disappeared to the woods?

He reached for a bottle of vodka. Round two: start.

Dean rolled his eyes. Figured Peter would think it was irrational.

"Peter's one of those talk and hug it out kind of people isn't he?" Where Dean was shoot or punch it out if they deserved it. And sometimes when they didn't - not that he'd admit to that.

"Sure is. Maybe one day I'll piss him off and then hide and you can bear the brought of it." It was sort of a tease and a joke, but also some how a threat. "He quips when he fights."

Dean couldn't fault anyone for quips when they fought. He did it sometimes, too.

"Except I'm a decade older than you and it probably wouldn't fly." He smirked, "but I'll probably piss him off in my won right sometime."

Dean and Alec were too much alike for that not to happen.

He grinned. He knew that was the truth.

"Never got to ask - what trouble did you get up to in Europe?"

"Not as much trouble as I did on the Space Station, but enough that I wouldn't mind going back." He smirked at Alec, "and I can go back without a disguise."

Which couldn't be said for the space station.

"Same here. Plus there's a lot of countries who don't even know of me yet." Or them since it would probably be hard to explain why they looked the same.

"So you're saying there might be countries I should avoid?" Dean chuckled. "Or at least expect some people to punch first and ask questions later." Which was actually sometimes normal for Dean on a regular occasion.

"I might just avoid the area around Malta." He was smiling, though. "Sort of maybe stole a bunch of chemicals from a shady company. Didn't get caught, but people say my face before they saw my fist."

"Malta. Check." Dean filed that away then arched an eyebrow over the bottle of his near empty beer. "I'm gonna guess you stole the chemicals for someone else, unless you were going to make a chemical bomb."

Which would be good to know in case Dean needed one.

"For webbing." He shook his head with a vague gesture. "A sentence I didn't think I'd ever say." He paused. "You know that stuff is white and sticky he shoots out of his hands?" His expression said 'there are so many jokes there'.

Dean snorted out a chuckle and almost choked on his beer. "Damn, how many jokes has he heard about that? Besides, I figured that was natural because of the spider bite. Like sticking to the wall."

"Nope. He made that on his own." Peter was a stupidly smart kid. "He hears a lot now. I don't think he heard many back home. Superheros there seems to take everything pretty seriously." Though why, he couldn't understand. Iron Man? The Hulk? It was all right there.

"I get that. I'd be a serious superhero." A beat, "well that and using it to get chicks." Because come on, who wouldn't? Not counting Peter of course.

"And get free drinks and free meals. Okay, maybe not so serious." Dean conceded with a chuckle.

"You and me both." He picked up his glass and 'clinked' Dean's. "You and me both."
