Visiting the Norse Side of of Things (Tag Loki and Thor separately)
She was still getting used to being stuck in the Madonna Inn. She was pretty sure it was Hera's fault - thanks Hera - and while she found the demigod of Hephaestus a little entertaining, he was covered in grease a lot and reminded her of her husband too much. Aphrodite had, however, felt the presence of two very powerful people and that was interesting.
She could hear Thor was in the shower. She smirked just a little - was he singing? She didn't know the tune, but she made herself at home. Aphrodite decided to lounge on his bed, clad in her usual pink attire. She manifested some grapes and started popping them into her mouth while she listened to Thor unknowingly serenade her with some pop sounding song.
Sure, she had her own bath and she had found a nice hot spring up in the mountain, but she decided to kill two birds with one stone. Loki wasn't presently in his room or using the bathtub so Aphrodite filled the tub with hot, steaming water infused with rose betters and bubbles and decided to enjoy her time in the hot water as she sipped on champagne.

Aphrodite + Thor
It's not until he turns to throw the towel on his bed that he notices her and for a brief second, the God of Thunder is at a loss for words.
"Uh, hello," he says to her once he's managed to figure out how to use his words again.
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
She was a little disappointed he wasn't naked when he left and while she could have just gestured to do that, his reaction was so adorable that she didn't. Instead, she just grinned widely. "Hey, tall, blonde, and handsome. Nice vocals." She winked at him with a soft giggle.
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
Thor has grown notoriously bad about locking the door; there hardly seemed reason to. Most of the people at the inn were relatively trustworthy, and there hadn't been any thefts outside of what he heard from Peter about Rocket.
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"That would imply I used the door, but yes." She beamed still, sitting up just a little. "I'd have knocked, but then I'd have missed you singing and your large, bare legs and that would have been pretty disappointing."
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"What's your name, then?"
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"Aphrodite." Though she had realized early here that she needed to tack on at least part of her title. "Goddess of love and beauty." She winked at that. "Sensed someone interesting in this very cute room and had to come see for myself."
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"Thor, God of Thunder. You're a new arrival?"
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"Sure am." Sitting up, she swung her legs over the edge of the bed and crossed them with an easy seduction "You smell more viking. You have the whole 'invade' vibe about you. Plus the beard." She didn't seem to think any of this was an insult, though. "I just arrived and was drawn to you and your brother."
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
She raised an eyebrow at his assumption, then let out a melodious laugh. "Oh, sweetie, no. Not drawn to you, drawn to you. More like 'oh, this is interesting'. Plus I thought I should meet the neighbours! Who better than to start with the powerful and handsome ones, am I right?"
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
Not that there was really a "far" here at the Inn.
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"If that's your way of asking which room is mine, I'm in 155." She winked as if to suggest he had been coyly asking it for some romantic reasoning, though she knew otherwise. It didn't mean she didn't want to get a rise out of the Thunder god.

Re: Aphrodite + Thor
Oh, she liked him. "How'd you end up here?" She wondered if he was sent away by someone else or if he accidentally found himself here. "And I'm bored." Not bored enough yet to mess with the mortals here, but she was bored nonetheless.
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"What about you?" Thor settles down on the couch opposite the bed.
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"Hera." She rolled her eyes and did not sound like a fan of the woman when she spoke. "That cow got angry over a little infidelity and sent me here, can you believe it? The dude prayed to me and gave me a lot of denars. How could I not listen to his request?"
She looked at him as if to say 'am I right?'
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
Re: Aphrodite + Thor
"Goddess of marriage. Has a thing about people being unfaithful. It was just one mortal. I don't see what the big deal was about." Okay, so she had done it more than once, but she couldn't help some people wanted adventure in their lives or missed opportunities with older lovers. Aphrodite glanced up at the ceiling. "Not everyone who gets married is happy. Look at you, you miserable cow!"
She looked back at Thor and sighed. "Sorry." She pushed back a few of her blonde locks and smiled again.

Where someone else might have gotten angry and charged in, Loki was curious. Whoever it was, she (the sense was decidedly female) hadn't bothered to go through their possessions, or torment the fish in their tank, or do much of anything. An uninvited guest who'd opted to take a bath: very strange!
He stepped into the bathroom, utterly unconcerned with being rude. It was his space. If his uninvited guest wanted privacy, she could bathe in her own room. Therefore she wanted a reaction, and he opted out of giving her one. Before he came in view, though, he gestured in the direction of politeness and called, "I don't recall issuing an invitation."

"Probably because you didn't know I'd arrived." She did not seem overly concerned at all and didn't rush to cover herself either. She grinned widely. "Plus everyone knows someone else's bath is way more comfortable than your own." Her eyes lingered at the door, wanting to see the full form of whoever had such interesting energy.

Even if she was, Loki found on continuing in and getting a good view of the tub, startlingly beautiful. It wasn't an illusion of any kind, either - he knew how to tell the difference. "Do I get an introduction, or just the novelty of a random woman bathing in my space?"

"Would you like that latter?" She raised a playful eyebrow before lifting one of her legs up out of the water and wiggling her toes at him in a 'hello'. "Aphrodite. Goddess of love and beauty. And you're not quite like me, but the mortals think you are. I can feel worshippie stuff all over you." She gestured vaguely at his body. It was faint now, but she could sense it.

She made an offhanded gesture. "Worship, fear, same diff. Mortals respect you enough to treat you differently." Some people worshipped her, but there were others who feared her. Love could be dangerous too, after all.
"God of mischief, huh?" She did not seem overly concerned about acid as she looked him up and down appreciately. "I think I like you better than mine. Atë doesn't really have a sense of humour."
