It's Pronounced "Tiefling" - OTA
Zahra needed to get a lay of the land now that she had arrived and things seemed to have calmed down a little. She was sure leaving the room would worry Kash, but she had only ventured out a few times briefly and now it felt right. She had filled him in on everything that she knew happened back home, spent many days enjoying the marvel of hot baths on demand, and discovered what a 'TV' was and tried to get some idea of what this plane was like. Now it was time to experience it for herself.
Zahra did not hide what she was. The red-skinned Tiefling wore a grey dress with a hole cut and sewn to allow her tail freedom of movement behind her. She decided to leave her staff behind, but she had done so after a lot of thought. The humans here didn't need to see her walking around with a weapon, but she felt naked and vulnerable. Kash said they were safe and so she would lean on those words as she navigated the inn weaponless.
She found the pool, crouching down by the water and feeling the cool water against her fingers. She could smell something from the water that told her the water wasn't entirely pure. It took her some time to figure out it was a place to bathe or swim, like a lake in the middle of the forest. She did take note of the heated part of the pool.
Her next step was through the lobby to the bar. Taverns looked similar no matter what plane of existence you were on, it seemed. She felt her stomach growl and after a moment found her way to the restaurant. She ordered the chicken because it reminded her of Scanlan.
After her meal she found her way to the library. There were not as many books as there was in Whitestone or even the Slayer's Take, but there were many. She started to peruse.
Her last stop was to Vex's room. She knocked and waited patiently.
(ooc: Find her anywhere. She has white eyes with no pupil or iris and horns on her head.)

She tilted her head to the side, interested in such a proclamation. "What do you think this is, if it is not real?"

"Hmm." She murmured with thought. "I would say the same thing, as I was in the middle of losing a fight and would very much like the chance to redeem myself, but when I arrived here, I found I have much reason to stay." Zahra paused as she knew this was not the case for most. "Were you in the middle of something back home or do you just not enjoy the colour decorations of this Inn?"

“I’d... left at a bad moment,” he said after a moment. “I was trying to... see something through, and then I was here.” Then again, the last Crone was dead and Ciri’s medallion was in the small drawer of the little table beside his bed. That was what he’d wanted when he went to the Bog. The only thing that hadn’t been finished was him. Maybe that was the problem.

It was easy enough to read from him that he was troubled and that his life was not as easy as perhaps some of the others had here. "When I arrived here I fell from the ceiling, but in reality I fell from an even greater height after I got paralyzed from an evil god. I'd have died if it were not for the man I love who protected us with magic." So she understood coming from an inopportune time. "Perhaps you will have time here to think about what it is you wanted to see through and decide on your course before you return."

Zahra nodded. "He is. I discovered he has been here for almost nine months, but back home he hasn't been away at all, so I was quite surprised when I found out he had been alone here." Surprised and distraught, truth be told. "He's a cleric, so thankfully even my entrance here he was able to deal with."

"He did. I am still making up for the lost time. I hope at some point I can heal his heart that was festering that long." She paused, regarding him. "Perhaps someone of your world will come to find you soon."

"Enemies in this place would be uncomfortable, given the space." Zahra acknowledged with a nod. "Though I imagine anyone taking an overtly aggressive stance might be met with much disdain by the rest of the inn."
