Restless (OTA)

Bo was feeling restless. Or rather, it seemed more than that, but that was the best way to describe it. It wasn't like Sam wasn't fulfilling her needs or that her other partners weren't either. It wasn't that at all, it just seemed as if something inside of her wanted more. Like when you just seemed to always be hungry no matter how much you have already eaten.

She was at the gym, trying to burn off the endless steam she had - Sam, poor thing, was tapped out and resting. Bo had a sword in her hand and was going through some basic moves, trying to get faster and more familiar with the weapon. If she was going to be honest, she knew how to use a lot of weapons, but she wasn't an 'expert' in any of them. She wanted that to change.

She also wanted to stop thinking about tearing off people's clothes as they walked through the door and kissing their bodies all over.

"Ah. Just like the Raith's then." It would appear there was definite commonalities there. At least he knew where he stood then. "And you're not like that?" Forgive him, he doesn't quite believe it.

She rolled her eyes at that. "Yeah, I'm exactly the same. You're secretly under my spell right now and you don't know it. Soon you'll be stripping to 90s music for me like a Chippendale."

Carlos grinned in return. "Well if you're going to do that to anyone, at least you have good taste." His original good humour was returning.

"Oh really, huh? Can't think of anyone else?" Bo could at least appreciate Carlos' ability to crack a joke.

Carlos gave her a long look. "Well, through preference, yes, but my comment still stands."

"Well, don't worry, I'll steer clear of you from now on, how's that?" She had told Sam no guys, after all. "Just got caught up in the moment. You know, adrenaline pumping and all that."

Carlos sighed. "No, I didn't mean it like that. Just... surprised, that's all." He could never manage to say the right thing here. Foot in mouth syndrome - he was taking over from Harry, it would seem.

"It's okay. I'm not offended. I know what I am, and I get how people can react." Bo was under no delusion that succubus' were normally Dark Fae.

Carlos knew that, and while it wasn't the vampires from his world, a succubus was still potentially dangerous. However, he should also know in a place like this, it was worth keeping those you know who had power if not on your side, not against you. "With surprise, I'd guess."

She gave a small shrug. "Yeah, or attempt to kill. Kind of the same thing. Unless you're the Morrigan. Then you try to recruit them to be a Dark Fae." She rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, well thankfully we don't have the Morrigan in our world - that we know of yet. She wouldn't exactly remain quiet, after all." Thankfully. Mab and Lea were quite enough.

"You're right about that." Regina at the inn reminded Bo of the Morrigan a lot, actually.

"Anyways." She shifted weight and then headed for her towel. "I should probably call it a day." Have a cold shower and calm down - why had she suddenly been all over Carlos like that?

Carlos nodded in response. He probably should go and do something else - far away from the gym. Gather his thoughts. Forget any thoughts of what he wanted to do to her a moment ago. "Yeah. I'll no doubt see you around." He saw most people as they came through the bar and the restaurant. At least he knew what to look out for now.

Her eyes couldn't help but roam over him one more time, there in her eyes lying delightful, lustful promises of someone who could provide a good time, before Bo reigned herself in, gave a nod, and headed for the door.
