Night Time Disturbances (Closed to Peter)

Alec gave up trying to move his stuff out, mostly because Peter looked so excited to have a roommate, but he'd say it was because the Inn kept putting his stuff back into the room when he removed it out of protest. Two days wasn't exactly 'settling in', but at least there hadn't been another big argument like the first day. Maybe it helped that Alec was rarely in his room.
Sometime in the middle of the night, as Alec slept in his new bed, the nightmares came like they usually did. It always seemed to go backwards. First he was strapped in a chair with a laser in his eye and he was injected with something and had to listen and repeat a variety of commands. They would make him forget no matter how much he fought and strained. He'd learn to be a good soldier. And then came the explosion and the fiery feeling of dread. Seeing Rachel fall back from the blast and being unable to move.
Outwardly, he trashed around in the bed. Grunts and sounds of pain as his body tensed from fake pain. Then came her name. Loud and panicked. "Rachel!" and it would repeat, her name on his lips several times.
