It's time.
The LEGO Death Star has been sitting on the top of his dresser basically ever since he got it. It's not that he didn't like LEGOs -- he absolutely loved them. It just felt weird somehow, doing them without Ned.
Or doing them without anyone else. LEGOs were definitely a group activity.
Peter lugs the box down to the lobby. The thing is massive -- 4016 pieces. The biggest LEGO set he and Ned had put together to-date -- and their last big LEGO project before he ended up here.
He sets it down on one of the glass tables in the lobby, then sits down in one of the gaudy pink-cushioned, gold-trimmed that circled it. And then once everything is settled, he carefully opens the box, pulls out the instructions, looks down at them for a minute, then pulls out the first little bag of LEGOs.
And then gets building.
