Caroline and Liz had worked hard over a few weeks to gather all the materials and organize everything for the art show gallery. People had donated pieces they wished to display - some more eager than others as the girls had gone around the ask.

There were sketches and paintings from various Otherworlds by Piotr. Mack provided sketches of people at the inn as well as a few scenes from his comic book while Lillith provided her own sketches of various characters from her graphic novel with some painting that ranged from some of the high color styles of the 20th century (Fauvism, Orphism, Abstract Expressionism). Thor, too, provided similar doodles of his own. There were photographs from Peter Parker and a few water colours of landscapes by him too. Liz's contribution had been mostly sketches of plants and scenes from the inn while Caroline had found some of Maya's art work in the Lost and Found. Her work, varying in mediums and styles, were put on displays beside drawings done by Jane. In the middle of the room were displays of stone workings by Kashaw and a few detailed weapons made by Zahra.

There was finger foods provided and punch, both alcoholic and not, and there were seats set up for viewing should people wish to sit and truly take in the art. A few stations were set up around the room for participation - one with some blank easels and paint, another wither water colours, one with charcoal and a fourth with clay. The signs encouraged people to try their hand at some art themselves.

After learning about Loki's presence from Thor, Tony needs to see if he can put up with the god of mischief without murdering him. Loki is confused, but civil. They drink wine. It's basically the best anyone could have hoped for.

The conversation promised here. Drinking, talking about dead people, drinking, various confessions, drinking, hair braiding, and passing out in a puppy pile. Asgardians, am I right?

That morning, Loki had finally gotten around to the piece of paper he'd been handed along with his room key, and... well, it was definitely interesting. Apparently not checking in for two weeks in favor of scouting the Inn as a kitten meant that he'd been involuntarily assigned to 'community service' in the infirmary.

It was ridiculous. He wasn't a healer. Oh, his mother Frigga his mother had tried to teach him healing magic, and the theory had been easy enough, but barring one or two minor successes healing his brother of minor injuries, the practical had always escaped him. Eventually his mother had removed healing from his lessons, and not long after that Loki himself had stopped trying.

It was ridiculous.

It didn't matter, though, where he did his reading and thinking, and at least waving vaguely in the direction of being productive would probably very slightly soothe the fears of anyone who thought he, for example, made a habit out of flinging people out of windows. (He'd only done that once. It wasn't a habit.)

Therefore he swung by the library, relieved it of all the medical texts a quick rummage presented, hauled the books to the clininc, and staked out a desk area more or less out of the way. As nearly as he could tell, anyway; regardless, a small wall made of books hopefully separated him nicely from anyone looking for help.
