[GP] Shoot that poison arrow
None of the guests noticed when the spiky-haired man-child in jeans and purple t-shirt, wrists wrapped in cheap leather and metal bracelets, arrived at the Madonna Inn a few hours before midnight on February 13. That, in itself, wasn't all that surprising. Eros, otherwise known as Danny Valentine, had millennia of experience doing his job without being spotted.
What was surprising was that the dude at the front desk did see him. Tall and Nondescript waved him over and then gave him a room number 'in case you wanted to rest'. But Danny didn't.
Want to, or rest. He spent the time before the clock struck midnight polishing his love gun. Not like that. He'd find a girl to spend his nameday with. He always did. No, this little beauty was made by Hephaestus himself. It shot love darts that disappeared on contact.
At midnight, kitted out with more love darts than there were people in this pink and gold monstrosity, Danny left his room and shot the first person he saw--and didn't wait to see what would happen.
No point getting a slow start. He had a lot of work to do.

Re: Dot - For Dean
Okay, more than one word.
"Like it?" She asked, a trifle breathless from the proximity, and a heartbeat away from nuzzling at his neck.
Re: Dot - For Dean
The girl was memorable, too. Sweet and slow without it being weird or awkward. Dean wasn't entirely sure why he didn't just bend down the rest of the way and kiss her - they were headed there, he was sure - but he didn't. Instead, he slid an arm around her waist to pull her closer and invite her to make that move.
Re: Dot - For Dean
She had no idea what had gotten into her, she was being entirely too forward but, really if she didn't kiss him she thought she might do something dire.
Re: Dot - For Dean
Obviously there were advantages to at least this level of slow, but he wasn't exactly patient at he best of times, so he slid his free hand around the back of her neck to pull her (gently!) closer and deepen the kiss.
Re: Dot - For Dean
She kissed him back, hesitant, untutored but still ardent. No, she'd never been kissed like this, not even Hugh had kissed her like this.
"Oh," she said again, common sense crashing down on her like a bucket of cold water and the clinging hands pushed at his chest as she pulled back to look up at him with huge shocked eyes and kiss swollen lips. "You... I.. Oh!"
Re: Dot - For Dean
Damn it. He stepped back slightly, 'letting' himself be pushed. "Hey, it's okay. Don't worry."
Re: Dot - For Dean
"Oh! I'm sorry. I should... I..." And she rushed off, stumbling a bit as she hurried out of the room. She needed to see Miss Phryne.
She didn't even stop to take the cake that was baking out of the oven.
Re: Dot - For Dean
Uh....
Okay then. Dean took the cake out of the oven and, failing any other ideas, set it on some unoccupied counter space. Then he took a couple more of the little cakes (one of them was a strawberry, because... yeeeaaahhh) and went on his way.
