[GP] Shoot that poison arrow

None of the guests noticed when the spiky-haired man-child in jeans and purple t-shirt, wrists wrapped in cheap leather and metal bracelets, arrived at the Madonna Inn a few hours before midnight on February 13. That, in itself, wasn't all that surprising. Eros, otherwise known as Danny Valentine, had millennia of experience doing his job without being spotted.

What was surprising was that the dude at the front desk did see him. Tall and Nondescript waved him over and then gave him a room number 'in case you wanted to rest'. But Danny didn't.

Want to, or rest. He spent the time before the clock struck midnight polishing his love gun. Not like that. He'd find a girl to spend his nameday with. He always did. No, this little beauty was made by Hephaestus himself. It shot love darts that disappeared on contact.

At midnight, kitted out with more love darts than there were people in this pink and gold monstrosity, Danny left his room and shot the first person he saw--and didn't wait to see what would happen.

No point getting a slow start. He had a lot of work to do.

Truth be told, all the heated energy flying around the place would have been hard to resist without the magic involved. The fact that something seemed to be helping the mess along was somewhat irritating and intriguing for the vampire. Especially when she could feel the heat sliding through her again, slithering through her veins and seeming to hit all the points that made her want to squirm with a need to find some kind of release.

It also made it hard to keep her mind from the fact that she would need to feed some time again soon. The two hungers had a way of blending, after all.

Hearing some movement nearby, she looked up to the exotic looking woman coming closer. She started to smirk, ready to say something but stopped when the woman actually used her name. That was just enough to make her blink as she took a step closer. "How did you know who I was?"

"Another world. Like this one." Not from Gotham, obviously, and suspicious as hell. Yasmeen would be too. "I helped a woman called Hayley find her daughter. You were with us." Family was probably more comfortable than a lover she'd never met and never would, although Yasmeen cared less about her comfort and more about establishing bona fides.

Hearing Hayley's name and the mention of her daughter did ease something inside of Rebekah but it also made her wary because of how protective she was over the two. Or at least she would have been wary if it wasn't for the fact that she was rather quickly becoming distracted by the way the woman's mouth moved as she talked.

Her eyes darkened further as she moved a little closer still. "So we were friends?"

Yasmeen stood her ground, unbothered by the predatory stalking. "We were allies," she corrected the woman. "We fought together to get Hope back from her captors." But to make it clear she knew her well enough, she did mention, "You had a relationship with a friend of mine."

Everything the woman was saying would normally be enough to have Rebekah pausing and asking questions but she found it hard to focus past the heady feeling of need.

"That's interesting." She murmured, closing the distance between them. "Perhaps we could talk about it later."

The woman's eyes had darkened and she moved with the loose-hipped sway of the sexually aroused. Yasmeen had already had more than enough of this today with Ignis and her voice bit as sharply as her fangs would when she said, "Perhaps you should be going now."

There were warning bells somewhere in the back of her head but it was hard to focus past the haze. Where she would have normally backed off, she stepped closer as she eyed the fangs with a chuckle. "Biting doesn't scare me, love."

Then she took another step closer.

Something in Yasmeen's chest snapped and she loosed a snarl as she unsheathed and fanned her claws. "Back. Off," she growled as Rebekah took the first step. And when she took the second step, Yasmeen lashed out with one hand, clawing at her chest.

In the back of her mind, she knew Rebekah could heal, but even so, she didn't want to kill her. She just wanted her to stop.
